Job Title: Office Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Office Coordinatort to serve as the first point of contact for our client. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere while providing reliable administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and shared office spaces
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and mail handling
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail
  • Help plan office events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Liaise with building management and vendors
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support daily operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous administrative or front desk experience encouraged
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional presence and customer service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Status: Temp-to-Hire
